Max OS exists because most businesses being sold AI are being sold a project. A discovery phase, a change programme, a training rollout, and a system somebody has to learn before it does anything for them.
We thought there was a version where the business gets the benefit without the year of disruption. So we built it inside our own businesses first, and we are still building it there.
What we actually do
Max OS is an operating system for businesses that want the benefit of AI, agents and automation without the disruption of adopting it.
Two things sit inside it. A company brain: everything the business knows, captured and owned. And an agent team: one agent the business names and talks to, with a specialist behind it for every part of the business, working through the day and carrying on after everyone has left.
All of it runs behind the same layer. Approved knowledge, controlled access, human approval at anything that matters, and a record of what happened.
Why this is different
Most businesses are buying AI from the outside in. A seat for every employee, and a capable assistant that knows nothing about the business.
The person gets better. The business does not change. When they leave, what they learned leaves with them.
We build it the other way round. The business gets the capability, not the individual. It compounds instead of resetting, and it stays.

Max OS is built inside Metacade, an onchain gaming business we operate, and runs inside People Not Paper alongside it. That is where the automations, the agents, the approval loops and the publishing systems get proven under real conditions with real consequences. When something does not work, it fails on our own numbers before it fails on yours.

Russell Bennett has been running businesses for seventeen years. Russell Bennett Ltd was incorporated in 2009 and has been trading ever since.
Before Max OS there was a training and software business serving UK SMEs that he built and ran for thirteen years, a recruitment software company he co-founded, and board seats in financial services and professional services. In 2022 he founded Metacade, an onchain gaming business, and still runs it.
