How it works
We build one thing at a time, in the order that suits your business.
Nobody can scope a year of work for a business they met last month. So we do not.
Every client starts the same way. What comes after depends entirely on what we find.
The same for everyone
Four steps, then it depends.
01
The company brain
Built first, from what already exists. Files, decisions, and the things people know but have never written down.
02
Your agent
Named by you, working from the brain alone. It drafts. It does not send.
03
The first task, proven
One thing, running properly, before anything else is added. You see it working before you decide what comes next.
04
Then, blocks
Whatever the business needs, in whatever order makes sense. Never sold ahead of the need.
The first three are identical for every client. That is what makes them quick, and what makes the fourth one accurate.
Why this order
Most projects fail before anyone builds anything.
Somebody scopes twelve months of work in the second meeting, before they know how the business actually runs. Six months later half of it is wrong and nobody wants to say so.
We build the brain first because everything else depends on it. We prove one task before adding a second, because a thing that works is worth more than a plan that might. And we only build the next block when the business needs it, not when the contract says so.
It is slower to sell and considerably harder to get wrong.
What we need from you
Access to the material that matters. Somebody named who can approve things. And a bit of patience for the first cycle, because the first one always takes longest.
That is the whole list.
It ends up in one of four places.
You do not choose between these. Most businesses end up with work in two or three of them, in an order nobody could have predicted at the start.
Customer-facing. Things your customers see or receive.
Internal operations. The processes nobody outside the business ever sees.
Business intelligence. Reading the market and your own numbers. This one needs three to six months of the system running before there is anything worth looking at.
Custom builds. The thing that does not exist yet, scoped and quoted on its own.
Account management
Part of the relationship, not a chargeable extra. Somebody who knows your business stays on it.
Nobody buying software gets a person who knows their business suggesting the next thing.
On pricing
There is no pricing on this site, because what it costs depends entirely on what gets built, and we do not know that until we have looked.
What we can tell you is that it costs less than people expect. Building this way is faster than it used to be, and we have passed that on.
Tell us what you are trying to do and you will get a number.
What a client actually sees
This is Metacade's own Max OS, running today.
What we build for a client looks like this, because it is this.
Proof
Clients ask us not to name them. Partly because an edge stops being an edge once everyone has it. So here is what it did instead.
Three to four hours per drawing set, gone. Estimators were measuring scaled drawings by hand, every pass, every revision. It now takes minutes, and every figure traces back to the drawing it came from.
A go to market that actually happens. Most plans do not fail because they were wrong. They fail because somebody was busy, or tired, or forgot. This one executes itself, every time, with a person approving each piece before it goes out.
A target list that tells you what to do next. Not just who they are. Where they are, what has changed, and how to approach them. Market mapping that stays current on its own and turns into conversations.
Clients ask us not to name them. We understand why.
Not everything needs AI.
The right system is the one that handles the problem reliably, safely and visibly.
Boring work should be boring. Rules, timers and triggers handle anything predictable. No cleverness required.
AI where it earns its place. Reading, writing, sorting, judging. Only where a person would otherwise be doing it by hand.
People where it matters. Anything that leaves the building, changes a record or cannot be undone waits for one of yours to say yes.
Nobody has to trust us blindly. You can see what was asked, what was done and who approved it. The machinery is silent. The decisions are not.
