These terms cover the use of max-os.co.uk. They do not cover client work, which is governed by a separate written agreement in every case.

Using this site

You may read this site, share links to it, and contact us through it. Please do not attempt to interfere with it, access parts of it you have not been given access to, or use it to send anything unlawful.

What is on it

We describe how we work on this site: a company brain, an agent, and overnight work, followed by whatever blocks a business needs. Those descriptions are a summary. Nothing on this site is a contractual offer, and no work begins without a written agreement setting out scope, price and responsibilities.

Where we describe outcomes achieved for clients, those clients are not named at their request. We do not claim that the same result will follow in a different business.

Information and accuracy

We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is free of error, and nothing here is professional advice for your specific situation. Decisions about your own business remain yours.

Availability

We do not guarantee the site is always available or free of interruption.

Our content

The text, design, marks and images on this site belong to us. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking. Asking is usually fine.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded in law. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
