The asset

We will build you a company brain.

Everything your business has learned is already paid for. Most of it is sitting in files nobody opens, calls nobody replays, and heads nobody can query.

We turn it into something that works.

A quiet, spherical structure of connected points, at rest.

What already exists

It is not what the brain contains. It is what it turns into.

Every business has more in it than it can use. Not because nobody cares, but because it is scattered across systems, formats and people, and nobody has the hours to go looking.

Put it in one place that can be asked questions, and the same material starts producing things.

Input
Output

200 sales calls, recorded, never listened to again

Nine years of quotes, won and lost

Every invoice, nine years of them

A training programme built from what already works

Why you lose work, answered with evidence

Which clients are growing, which are quietly shrinking

Nothing new was bought. It was all already there.

Recordings, documents, spreadsheets, emails, photographs, reports.

Not a filing system

A folder holds what you put in it. This notices what changed.

Every day the brain runs a pass over itself. What came in, what was updated, what contradicts something already there, what has gone quiet, what is now out of date.

That is the difference between somewhere things go and something that keeps up with the business.

You see it in the numbers on your dashboard. What went in, what came out, what it noticed. It is not silent maintenance you have to take on trust.

Without anyone having to remember

It notices, and it asks.

A call finishes and it asks whether that should go in. A quote goes out and it asks who should own it. A supplier changes their terms and it asks whether the old note still stands.

One click. Not a task on somebody's list, and not a system quietly recording everything either.

Nothing enters your brain without a person saying yes. Nobody has to remember to say it.

The part that matters

Your brain is not on the internet.

Most businesses already have this problem and it did not start with us. Staff paste customer details, contract terms and financial figures into public AI products, because those products are useful and nobody told them not to. Once it is in, it is gone.

Your company brain is not that. Held in the UK, under a UK company, in a separate environment used by your business and nobody else. No other client, and no other client's agent, can reach it.

When a question needs a model to interpret it, only the minimum text required to answer goes out. Never the brain, never your credentials, never access to your systems. Nothing in your brain is used to train anything.

Access is set by you, by role, and a question returns only what that person is allowed to see. How we handle knowledge, access and approval

Which means the safest place for your people to ask a question is the one you control.

Tell us what your business knows that nobody has written down.
